Paint with me!

I'm so thankful to be able to sell my artwork but the old adage is true: the real joy is in the process. For me, art is therapy, meditation. Every stroke of a paint brush or palette knife is an exploration of what's on my heart at the time. I love sharing snippets of my abstract art process and hope it might inspire others to take a moment to enjoy the look and feel of how paint moves across a canvas.

In the era of the endless scroll, it's more important than ever to intentionally ingest slower content and incorporate mindfulness practices into our days. So I decided to create a channel that helps viewers slow down their senses for a moment and maybe even inspires them to pull out their own art supplies. A little paint good for the soul. <3

I'm very grateful for those who take an interest in my art itself. Sometimes I wish that my creations were the only representations of me on the internet but I have come to recognize the value of sharing my personal journey through, transparency and vulnerability, which I do on my main channel. So it's nice to have a place that's more focused on my craft- and I'm excited to sharer more of it as we grow the community there. In the meatime, you can check out some of my work here.
